Welcome to Paramount Flooring! My name is Jason Reed, and I am the founder of Paramount Flooring, and I am native to Tulsa after college I decided to go into new construction real estate. I sold new homes for 9 years in Tulsa & OKC. In 2007 the real estate market crashed, and I was a casualty I lost everything except my home. Out of a job, with no money and a credit score of 523 I accepted a job at The Home Depot in the Flooring Department. The Home Depot trained me on the installation, care, maintenance of all types of flooring.
In November of 2010 I wanted to make more money, so I started doing side jobs with skills I learned at The Home Depot, by June of 2011 I had saved up $2,600 which I took and bought my general liability and workers compensation insurance.
June 18th, 2011, Paramount Flooring was formed.
I am pleased with our success, as of the writing of this we are the 9th largest wood flooring company in Tulsa, we have 7 full time employees, 4 vans, and 2 trucks. We are pleased to welcome you to our family.
This is Kaitlyn McCully, she is our Operations manager!
Kaitlyn started at Paramount Flooring in October of 2019 and has been exceeding our expectations. She has learned how to take over our bookkeeping, create & manage systems for our staff, manage orders, & several other critical aspects to our company.
The type of people we like to employ are kind & compassionate people that know how to lead themselves and a team.
Kaitlyn has been able to do all of that and more in just the short amount of time here with us.

Our new floors look absolutely spectacular now. We went with white oak and weathered grey stain. The guys who installed it did it so quickly, professionally, and we are so pleased with them.
